What is the track or surface finish size for fabricated PCBs?
Track or surface finish is usually from 90-95 microns depending upon the track width and layers.
Which type of solder mask do you use?
We use LPI solder mask with green and white color.
Does your facility support multilayer fabrication?
Yes, our facility supports single, double and multilayer PCB fabrication. In multilayer PCB, we fabricate up to 16 layers of PCBs.
Which type of materials is used for PCB?
We use FR-2 for single sided PCBs, and FR-4 for double and multi layered PCBs.
Do you support blind vias in multilayer PCBs?
Yes, we do support blind vias
Our PCBs require gold platting in certain areas where wear and tear is maximum, can you gold plate our PCBs?
We do not gold plate whole PCBs, only fingers are gold platted.
Which types of files are used to check design?
Gerber and exellon format are used to check design file.
Do you perform quality tests on PCBs?
Yes we perform different types of test on fabricated PCBs including E-Tests, micro section, solder ability tests and peal strength test.
