Automated Optical Inspection Machine scans master film and compares it with Gerber data files provided by customer. Each inner layer of a multi layer fabricated board is also inspected by comparing it with Gerber data files provided by customer using A.O.I test.

Automated Optical Inspection (A.O.I) is especially important in those PCBs which are used for high frequencies, power loads, data transfer and amplification factors and input resistances.
