E-test is performed after fabrication of PCBs. Customers Gerber Data is used to perform E-test.  E-test is performed at the following ratio and specifications:

Each multi layer PCB is tested with Flying Probe Tester while only 10% of double sided PCBs are tested from a production batch using Flying Probe Tester.

Isolation Test:

Nominal voltage (30 -250) volt.
Resistance threshold (5-184) M Ohm.

Continuity.

Nominal current (40 -200) m Amp.
Resistance threshold (3-76) Ohm.
