Peel and pull strength
Peal and pull strength testing is used to measure the bonding strength of tracks and through hole platting with base material. Peel strength is the average load per unit width of bond line required to separate bonded materials where the angle of separation is 180⁰.
Peal and pull strength test is performed on the coupon of each and every job of Class III IPC 600G PCBs.
