Micro section Tests
Micro sectioning or coupon test is the cross sectional view of the PCB’s plated hole. It is performed on coupons of every job for Class III IPC 600G PCBs. Through hole copper coating, Tin coverage, Hole wall roughness, Desmearing, Inner layer connection and solder mask thickness on surface are inspected in Micro Section Test.
